The Dakota Spirit Cheer Parents (DSCP) Booster Club is the 501(c)(3) nonprofit that fuels the mission of Dakota Spirit, supporting more than 400 athletes across 18+ teams through scholarships, tuition assistance, sponsorships, program development, and community service. At its heart, DSCP empowers athletes to grow in confidence, teamwork, and character—on and off the mat—while fostering a unified spirit of “One Team, One Spirit” in the community.

Kristin Hoff
PRESIDENT
A CPA and Controller at Choice Bank, Kristin, along with husband Dave and daughters Audrey and Madeline (both Dakota Spirit athletes), has been part of the DS family since 2014. She is honored to serve and advance the nationally recognized program.

VICE PRESIDENT
Lea is an occupational therapist with Avera and a mother to three active girls. The family has full appreciation for the dedication, athleticism, and character-building environment that Dakota Spirit provides.

Bethlee Burke
AT-LARGE MEMBER
Bethlee Burke is honored to serve on the Dakota Spirit Cheer Parents Board of Directors. Bethlee is married to James, and they have three children together. Jace and Kenlee attend O'Gorman High School, and their youngest, Kenlee, has been cheering since she was 4 years old. The Burke's have been part of Dakota Spirit since 2019.

Katie has over 20 years of experience as an athletic trainer, having worked with Indiana University, Villanova University, and Avera Sports. She is the mother of three girls and appreciates Dakota Spirit's commitment to faith, family, and striving for excellence in cheerleading.
