Weekly Tumbling Classes for Every Age and Skill Level
Our weekly tumbling classes build strength, coordination, and confidence while developing skills safely and progressively. Each class follows a structured curriculum emphasizing proper technique and body control.
Our month-to-month registration allows for flexibility and athlete development.
Pre-K
A 45-minute class that blends fun movement, early gymnastics/tumbling, and positive energy — helping kids build strength, balance, and coordination in a playful, encouraging space.
Ages: 3 – 5 Years
Class Day/Time: Tuesdays from 4:14 - 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $40
Beginner Tumbling
Geared towards helping your athlete learn the foundational skills of tumbling. This includes Handstands, Bridges, Cartwheels, and more!
Ages: 5 & Up
Class Day/Time: Tuesdays from 4:15 - 5:00 p.m.
Cost: $55
Stunt & Flex
The perfect class for anyone looking to increase their flexibility. If your athlete is a current flyer or wants flying experience, this class is perfect for them as they work on body positions and various stunting skills. Bases are also welcome and encouraged to come to progress their own abilities in a stunt!
Ages: 7 & Up
Class Day/Time: Wednesdays from 6:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Cost: $60
Back Handspring Express
Designed to further expand your athletes’ training. Whether your athlete is new to back handsprings or working on perfecting their skill, this class will have the best drills and progressions to help your athlete execute their back handspring.
Prerequisites:
Back Walkover Series, Front Walkover, Cartwheel Back Walkover
Class Day/Times:
Tuesdays from 6:30 - 7:15 p.m.
Thursdays from 5:45 - 6:30 p.m.
Cost: $55
Back Walkover Express
A 45-minute class geared to work on everything your athlete needs to get their back walkover. In this class, your athlete will work on drills specific to getting the back walkover, as well as the opportunity to do the back walkover with a spot.
Prerequisites:
Strong Bridge, Strong Handstand, Cartwheel
Class Day/Time:
Thursdays from 5:15 - 6:00 p.m.

Tuck Express
Designed to further expand your athletes’ training and get them airborne. Starting with drills to learn the basic technique of a tuck, athletes will progress their tumbling through the use of our various surfaces when getting comfortable with being airborne.
Prerequisites:
Standing Back Handspring Series (at least two connected), Round Off Back Handspring
Class Day/Time:
Thursdays from 4:30 - 5:15 p.m.
Cost: $55
Each class is structured by age and ability to ensure a fun, challenging, and safe learning environment for every athlete.
Weekly classes run as 4-week sessions and cost $55 for 45-minute classes and $60 for 60-minute classes.
