Targeted Tumbling Workshops for Every Skill Level

Our Workshops are specialty training sessions that focus on specific skills or progressions—like mastering aerials, standing tumbling, or connecting advanced passes. These sessions are offered periodically and provide an intensive, small-group format to refine technique and boost confidence.

Unlike our weekly classes, workshops are one-time events designed to target a particular area of tumbling and deliver rapid improvement. They’re great for both current athletes and visiting athletes looking for extra practice or to break through plateaus.

Cheer Workshops

Our cheer workshops are designed to meet athletes where they are—providing focused training, intentional skill development, and confidence-building instruction. Topics vary throughout the year, giving athletes opportunities to strengthen technique and elevate performance in a positive, motivating environment.

Summer Camps

Our summer camps are one of the most popular ways to get involved at DS! We offer summer camps for ages 4-12 during both June and July! In addition to our popular cheer camps, we also offer summer tumbling camps that offer a great way to work your skills for 4 consecutive days! Make sure to sign up quickly as these camps fill up fast. 

Each workshop is structured by age and ability to ensure a fun, challenging, and safe learning environment for every athlete.
